Outstanding team and a pleasure to have sold with. In particular, I can't recommend Caroline Kennaway highly enough. We had almost bought a house from her 9 years previously, and happily she was still at Savills and still as impressive as we remembered. She really knows her stuff - not just the local area, but also the local people. She is also someone you can talk really openly and honestly with, which we really liked. You don't get any 'estate agent' speak from her: she tells it how it is. And not only did she get us a fantastic price, but she was completely hands-on, always on the phone/text/email and frequently going beyond the call of duty. eg. helping to move things along with all the lawyers so that we could exchange swiftly (20 days), giving us advice on how to secure the house we wanted to buy, and even speaking to the agent for that house, to vouch for us. (And when I speak to other locals about her, they all say, oh yes, Caroline from Savills, she's one of the best). Highly, highly recommend.

I have no doubt that without Caroline Kennaway and her team we would not be moving into our dream country home. Caroline achieved full asking price on our home as soon as we found the property we wanted outside London. She went above and beyond what was expected to support us with our difficult purchase, always with equal measures of determination and charm. Caroline maintained the chain with clear communication and also great understanding of the many different characters and personal situations involved in the transaction. We got to exchange in six weeks which still astounds me. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough.

The advice we received from Adam on the valuation and record comparable sales was incredibly impressive and we are so glad we trusted him with his advice on strategy as they found a buyer over asking price within 3 weeks (and for a price well above we thought it was worth!).
