We have been really impressed with the role that Savills, and David especially, played in supporting exchange and completion across our chain. David was particularly good at facilitating between the different parties to resolve any issues and enquiries, he was transparent and detailed so we knew exactly what was outstanding. We went with Savills to sell our two bedroom maisonette in Tooting. We have just exchanged and are looking forward to completion in a few days. We chose Savills primarily because we were impressed with how they sold a house in Broadway. My wife and I felt Savills really understood the house, understood the market and really engaged with the prospective buyers which was not an impression we got from most other estate agents. Mandy White was the sales agent for our house. We're so pleased Mandy got the sale because she really impressed us with her drive to ensure the sale moved along smoothly and that both ourselves and our buyer felt comfortable at all times. She knew the conveyancing process in detail and was able to support our solicitors and onward chain estate agents with great professionalism and pragmatism. Caroline and the team were first class. From initial valuation, through to brochure design and photography. Their valuation was slightly higher than we anticipated but the first prospective purchaser who walked through the door, made an initial, slightly lower than asking price, offer on the doorstep but within 24 hours Caroline had got her up to full asking price. From that viewing to exchange of contracts took 5 weeks! So, you can imagine, we’re extremely happy with Savills and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from David at Savilles nightingale office. We were recommended this office from a friend and was the best decision we made. The product knowledge this team has of the business is fantastic. We already had a difficult time being with a competitor who was very unhelpful and wasted 3 months of our time with no feedback. We were visited by a Marie at Savilles who provided visited is and before the end of the day provided a valuation to us which was accepted. The marketing was completed with in a week and then this was passed on to David who came took over the file and advised us exactly what he will be doing from start to finish. A lot of product knowledge and very professional I felt very confident from this point we made the right move to join Savilles. David kept regular contact with myself with weekly updates and what was happening with the market bearing in mind we were in a pandemic. Once the viewing started it was all handled efficiently no fuss good notice period great service. Once the offers started then all parties were on board with back and forth until final positive outcome. All in all 3 months from state the finish we were very happy with the outcome and I would like to thank Savilles for their hard work and great attitude to work it makes a big difference.
