It's great to have such a knowledgeable and responsive team guiding the sale of my flat. We had a great experience buying our flat with Savills. Leah Nesbitt the agent handling the sale was amazing! She was extremely helpful during the whole process, often being the bridge between ours and the sellers solicitors and giving us frequent updates. The whole process was complex and took us longer than expected because we were in a chain of 4 houses, but Leah did a great job at managing all the moving parts and we couldn't be happier in our new flat!

We have recently moved out of a rental property managed by Currell and the support we have received has been worlds apart from the support I have received from other agencies. As a renter, it is easy to feel exploited. With Currell, this has not been the case. When we were moving out of the property, the landlord attempted to make deductions from our deposit that were unwarranted. When I complained to Gary at Currell, he immediately understood and supported me; going above and beyond to sort it out. Eventually, the landlord agreed to return the deposit without deductions. A special thank you to Gary Isaac, who I believe is a Senior Property Manager at Currell. His dedication to providing a reliable and considerate service is outstanding. A huge credit to Currell.

I shopped around different Agents before deciding on Savills to act as letting agents. The reason I chose Savills is that, despite being a big Estate Agent, the service I received from Fitore Vula was so personalised that it felt like a small local service. Throughout the tenancy which went extremely well thanks to Savills finding us perfect tenants, I have been able to contact Fitore for advice and her response has always been immediate and helpful. We have recently acquired new tenants and again the process was smooth, facilitated by Sam Juner who is also quick to respond and provide a good link between all the parties.

Charlie Hart at Currell has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He contacted me two months ago after I had submitted an inquiry for a flat, and although the first few we viewed weren't a fit, he remained diligent and continued to follow up with me. I even found a flat through another agent, but it fell through and Charlie was the only agent that was still keeping in touch with me -- but ONLY sending me flats that met my criteria. One of them was the winner, and he showed it to me the next day and was extremely responsive to help me get it off the market, reference checks completed, and paperwork done. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone. They are doing something right.

From start to finish Savills went above and beyond all expectations. Jessica Gee was a breath of fresh air and was simply amazing. helping us find an apartment at a tough time of year. She was always there to help us along the way and guide us through the process which made it enjoyable and a lot less stressful than i've ever experienced. From the day we moved in we have been looked after amazingly, most agents pop you in the apartment and are not heard form again but Savills have an excellent support team who have been there to help us with issues big or small, Robyn has been our property manager and I couldn't have wished for a better person, shes been fantastic! After renting through Savills i would never rent through any one else again!

What we have come to expect of estate agents. We went with Savills and were prepared to pay more thinking we would get better service. Dirty house at start of tenancy, now trying to charge us £550 for a professional clean of a 3-bed maisonette and garden clean up after tenancy, when we cleaned weekly and on leaving with agency that cleans for embassies. House was cleaner on leaving than on arrival. Slow poor response to broken washing machine and drier (over 2 months to fixing which was not fun and no small cost for managing laundry for a family of 4). Filthy hair clogging up shower drains, broken fridge shelves (took another 2.5 months to get an the second shelf for a fridge), entangled blinds, everything in the flat the cheapest possible quality, no storage space, 3 pots and pans some of which rusting (pic attached) (no response from Savills on the issue for 6 months when we gave up) etc. etc. etc. Some of the young kids who they employ as face off to tenants were pleasant so 2 stars. But attitude towards tenant by the company is dishonest and will rip you off, while what you get in return is below par service. Take care.
