GoogleSpoke to a guy in sales team 3 weeks ago about a flat. Were meant to speak to owner and call back with appointment. I’ve called 6 times since and it either goes to a secretary who says she will get them to call back or ‘head office’ who again say they will pass the message on but they never call back! They don’t reply to Rightmove emails either. I’ve been calling since the dya the flat went online. It’s still for sale 3 weeks later and they haven’t called me. How do they ever manage to sell anything if they can’t be bothered to call buyers back?

GoogleThese reviews are clearly inflated taking everyone in our circles who also has used Savilles has had negative experiences. Savilles manages the flat we rent and have completely dropped the ball. If you're going to rent from them make sure the place needs 0 repairs because they will be beyond slow to deal with them.
