I recently bought my first flat in London through Savills. After almost 10 years of renting in the City, getting onto the property ladder was an exciting but also daunting moment, but the process was made smooth and hassle free by my Savills agent, Tom Newman. Tom was incredibly helpful every step of the way, he ensured the process kept moving and ensured both the seller and I were informed and comfortable at all times. Tom was excellent at keeping in contact and always responded promptly, even once the sale had completed and I had follow-up questions. I would highly recommend both Tom and Savills for anyone looking to buy in London.

I worked with Georgina Catton in lettings. I’m a new mum with very little free time and Georgina was perfect. Oki was absolutely incredible to work with - super professional, responsive and friendly; I can't imagine going through my apartment search without his help. Context: I was looking to rent a flat. The staff at Savills are doing a good job of fighting the negative stereotypes about lettings agents. They are patient, professional and friendly, and I didn't feel like they were constantly pushing me to make decisions. Even though they did call and encourage me to make offers on places I liked, it always felt respectful. I didn't even end up making an offer with Savills, but they were nice to me about that too and wished me good luck on an offer I made through a different agent. I hope other lettings agents realise that even for tenants - usually the group with the least amount of power and choice - can make a decision about which organisations to work with. Thanks for beating my expectations. In this office I worked with Lucy, Jacob and one other of their colleagues who sadly I don't remember the name of.
