Proactive knowledgeable resourceful and sensible estate agents are pretty thin on the ground and when a conveyancer finds one they're worth their weight in gold. Couldn't recommend too highly.

GoogleWe've recently sold our property through Savills following a 18m journey with other local agents, and could not be happier with the support that they gave us. Dan provided great guidance on pricing strategy, and once we'd accepted an offer, Ele proved to be absolutely outstanding through the transaction. She was consistent in updating us/checking in, even when there wasn't anything to really update on, and the way in which she handled subsequent negotiations was faultless. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful in her advice and really made sure that we felt well represented even when things weren't going our way.
