I collected the keys on a Saturday and was shocked by the condition of the property. Despite being told it had been “professionally cleaned,” it was visibly dirty and clearly not prepared to a reasonable standard for the start of a tenancy. Lucy Whistler and Jessica Mallahi, involved with Savills, were my points of contact, yet there was no effective support available to address the issue on move-in day. New tenants should not take assurances at face value, thoroughly inspect the property before accepting handover. Based on this experience, I would not place confidence in the preparation or quality control standards involved with Savills.

I have been helped enormously by Ele Robertson who has given me really honest and knowledgeable advice. I never felt like she was forcing my hand or stretching the truth (which is the classic cliché for estate agents). Instead, she felt like a super switched on and well-informed friend who was really honest about each property. I'd always feel super confident buying property via Ele , especially as a first time buyer when you feel very new to the experience and a bit anxious about spending such large amounts of money. She was always so quick and kind with her responses and made flat hunting as painless, judgement free, and as friendly as possible. Highly recommend!
