I would highly recommend using…

I would highly recommend using Sargeants as the service I received when buying and selling was very efficient. I dealt mainly with Patricia who was friendly but always professional, and got everything done really quickly! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Sergeants were the right choice

Sargeants were amazing to deal with - we were automatically notified of all viewings scheduled and received regular & honest feedback continually through our sale process. The market is touch currently and, whilst we had hoped to sell for more, the honest and open relationship we had with the team gave us assurance that, given these conditions, we achieved the right sales price. I cannot praise Sally and Imogen highly enough but everyone we dealt with was just great. Note, we did not start with Sergeants but, having made the switch, the service was far superior.

I experienced a highly professional service from Sargeants throughout the process of finding rented accommodation. Raul in particular was very attentive and helpful from the initial viewing onwards.

An estate agent with a huge heart.

Sargeants have been absolutely amazing, during the sale of my flat and in finding us a new place to rent. The staff are lovely- friendly, helpful, communicative and knowledgable. I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, as well as finding them a pleasure to deal with. In an area flooded with estate agents who are far more impersonal, Sargeants really stands out and has the feel of a family business that really cares about doing a good job and building positive relationships. Great attitude and fabulous people!

Sargeants have been brilliant. We sold 2 flats with them ( recently refurbished ) that 2 other agents had previously failed to sell. I only regret not choosing them first time around. All the staff are great, knowledgeable and really motivated to sell. Honest feedback and not "corporate" they care about the sale and the customer. Thank you to all involved.

Sargeants have been a brilliant letting agent

Sargeants have been a brilliant letting agent. We haven’t needed to get in contact often as the property has been let to us in great condition, but when we have needed to get in touch Andrea has always been there for whatever we need and willing to go beyond the call of duty for us. If we were looking to rent a property in the future Sargeants would definitely be the first place we tried!

Sergeants have been faultless in the process of assisting our property purchase. Jack in particular has always strived to go the extra mile (arranging viewings late in the evening or on a weekend) and communication was excellent.
