GoogleIgnored all tenant questions. Refused to pass questions onto the LL and claimed we could discuss changes to the contract with the LL after we had signed it and paid the deposit.

Sargeants are different from other Estate Agents. As an independent local Estate Agent they listen to and understand Landlord needs. I have found mainstream Estate Agents become more and more 'Corporate' over the years and they start treating you like a number rather than an individual. It is so refreshing to deal with an Estate Agent like Sargeants who tailor solutions to our needs.

great combination of professionalism and well earned confidence.I looked into going with an online agent but Sargeants seemed to be doing brisk business in the local area and after meeting up with one of the partners, Dean, I decided that it was worth the extra to go with this traditional bricks and mortar agency and I was not disappointed. When we endured delays further down the chain she was always in touch with us and the other parties to ensure everything was being done expediently. We felt she really looked after our interests.
