Really excellent service from Dean at Sargeants for our recent W5 house sale. Sargeants seem to have cornered the market not just in the St Mary's Road area of Ealing, but even down to our exact street (5 out of the last 6 sales I think), and for us this was nothing but a good thing. Their hyperlocal expertise resulted in sensible (but still ultimately pleasing) pricing advice in a nervous market, and a rich pipeline of potential buyers which led to a very fast sale. The whole project was super-smooth and done at a very fair rate of commission, with Sargeants seamlessly handling various logistical extras (house clearance, maintenance …) as we were managing the sale remotely. Really friendly service. The team really helped throughout the process and were a good communication tool with our buyer and seller, making the process so much less stressful. We also viewed places with them and with other local agents. We saw a huge difference in the way in which they worked. They don’t use part time weekend staff which meant that they knew the sellers and properties really well. That gave us a lot of confidence in selling through them. For that alone I would use them over any other local firm. Highly recommended.
