I have a very good experience with Sargeants Ealing office. Their agent, Soraya Rouaz has been very helpful. Different from many other agents in the market, she is not only knowledgable but also not pushy at all. I never feel pressured, instead I feel respected and comfortable with the property search. I would recommend Sargeants to people who are looking in the Ealing area for sure.

Highly recommended

Dean, Hayley and the team were brilliant at helping us navigate the sale of our property. They gave us solid advice on the local market and how to price our property. They were able to get us a significant number of viewings over the first weekend and under offer in just over a week from listing.

Professional and helpful team

My brother and I recently sold our father’s house through Sargeants and Hulya was our main contact. She was always friendly, helpful and patient in what was at times, a rather stressful sale. We appreciated the professionalism shown by the team at Sargeants, in particular Dean and Hulya. Thank you.

Pretty much flawless

I'm not sure what brought Dean or his team into the estate agent business, but if it was to help disprove the reputation for dishonesty that plauges their industry, they are succeeding. After several unsuccessful months trying to sell our flat with another agent (who were focused on volume but little else), Dean and team put together a very smart brochure, and assigned the highly experienced Patricia as our key point of contact. The team was thoughtful about the timing of viewings, gave us plenty of notice, and sent genuine, appropriate buyers our way from their valuable network. During viewings, they sold the property well, with professional enthusiasm. Key to it all was transparency and excellent communication. Once they had found us a great buyer, they dealt with a delay in our chain well, and with ultimate success. We would sell through Sargeants again without hesitation, and heartily recommend their services. The sleaze-free approach gives every stakeholder confidence that things are being done properly. And they are.

A 5 star service.

A 5 star service. An estate agency that breaks the mould and bad reputations of the industry. Dean and his team were fantastic in representing us in the sale of our flat. Extremely professional, experienced & friendly. We achieved a full asking price in 4 days and set a new record for a one bed sale on our street. Look no further than Sargeants. They are the number 1 agency in the area.

Her feedback from her clients to us was always constructive and timely. We can not recommend her enough. Thank you for all of your hard work Hulya.

Credit where credit is due they were absolutely fantastic in the viewing process, keeping me up to date with the feedback, and chasing up all parties once I accepted the offer. I absolutely recommend this Estate Agent to anyone wishing to rent or sell their property. A special mention for Joy who was truly great throughout the process. Five Star !!!

Excellent service

Sargeants did a fab job selling my flat. Dean's valuation proved to be spot on, with Sargeants managing to achieve a sale at full asking price, despite the challenging market conditions. Soraya was brilliant with her efforts in seeing the sale through to completion. Thank you for the excellent service :)
