GoogleExcellent estate agent right through from initial meeting to discuss putting property on the market to getting the viewings and offers within 24hrs! Communication has been great also throughout the process. Not yet complete but all moving along nicely. Special mention for Danielle and Theo from the sales team. Also Mike from the lettings team...he was very helpful and informative when that was an option we thought about exploring.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing estate agents. Having used a couple of others agents initially and feeling downhearted with it all, this estate agent came along and made the whole process so much easier. I had feedback on every viewing and the enthusiasm of the whole team was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I instructed Robinson Jackson Eltham I felt immediate confidence in them and they proved me right. GoogleWhen putting my home up for sale I had 3 estate agents come round and whilst Robinson and Jackson were not the cheapest they were most definitely the best. My home was on the market for 2 weeks before I got my first offer and 3 weeks before I was pretty much offered the asking price. A professional personal service throughout the whole process made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. It really is a team effort, Nick did my valuation and had extensive knowledge of the area and current market and Marcus and Theo did my viewings. Luke sorted out my mortgage and the progression team Lauren and Tony from the welling office kept me in the loop. They really did take care of everything which meant I could continue with my daily commitments and know that not only my sale but also my purchase was in great hands. Not only did they sell my property they also helped me find my dream home. You get what you pay for guys if you want local knowledge, experience and a professional service throughout then use Robinson and Jackson. I’m so grateful to all of you. I’d like to say I’ll use you next time but I can’t see myself moving any time soon, I love my new home.

GoogleThe service from the Eltham office was amazing. I was kept up to date at every stage of the sale. I had a problem with my property while abroad and it was dealt with by the team and they promptly informed me. Any queries were dealt with straight away and in a very professional manner. The whole team were friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend them. They made the experience of selling a property completing hassle free.

GoogleI really can’t praise them enough, the buying process wasn’t very smooth in the beginning due to our initial solicitors being completely useless but both Lauren and Sam at Robinson Jackson were amazing. They kept us constantly updated, worked very hard to answer our questions and most importantly they were easy to contact. Whenever I left a voicemail or an email they would get back to me quickly and without fuss, I would 100% recommend.
