Helpful estate agents at the beginning getting, making our sale and buy work from the off. Robinson Jackson then have sales progress' whom chase all solicitors so you don't have to. This middle step is super useful and again the staff go out their way to help. They help push things through but also there to explain things you don't quite understand in the world of solicitors and are very supportive. Great experience, pretty smooth process and have completed very happy. Thanks to the team

Our first visit when we considered selling our 3 bedroom home was from Will Chidley who gave us impartial advice and information if we were to sell our property- very realistic and no sales spiel. We took some time to reflect and decided to go ahead. Mr Chidley took lovely photos of the house- very quick, professional and warm with our family- it was a big and nervous change for our kids but his manner put us all at ease. Robinson Jackson arranged more than 12 viewings within no time and in less than two weeks we had sold!! During the sale, communication was always sincere, to the point and useful- I don’t like time wasting! GoogleI can't praise the folks at Robinson Jackson enough for the service they provided. We had previously used a Blackheath Standard based agent which frankly was an awful experience and so after several years of renting we contacted William Chidley who was the Branch Manager and Nick Owen who we have previously met. Between them, they placed us at ease and did an excellent job of marketing the property. They were clear, professional and concise in their advice. The viewings were co-ordinated extremely well by Theo Petrou, Senior Sales Negotiator and his colleagues. Particular special thanks go to Sam and Lauren at the Robinson Jackson Sales Processing team who had to deal with bloody difficult solicitors acting for the purchasers as well as me getting irritated by the delay! They were outstanding in their professionalism and incredibly brilliant in calming our fears that we were being taken for a ride. Like I say, they were excellent and I can't recommend them enough. GoogleUnfortunately it didn’t work for me hence the one star rating. I had a property to sell which would mainly attract a niche set of clients and I didn’t find them very helpful. It was a case of whether people turned up and I didn’t feel that they did anything outside of their comfort zone to sell my flat. In comparison, another smaller estate agent managed to come up with ways to sell my flat (and they found a buyer approx a month since changing to them) and there was a lot more feedback and communication throughout the process. Maybe I was just unlucky with Robinson Jackson but I ended up giving up on them as it never worked for me.
