They offer viewings on Sundays which worked in our favour and I don't know of any other agents that do this. I, probably like you, have had awful experiences with estate agents in the past. I was dreading going through the process again, but Robinson Jackson absolutely blew all my preconceptions out of the water. They were lovely to deal with, very friendly and personable, of course utterly professional but above all HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY. They really were looking for the best buyer for the house, not the most money or to push the prices up. The manager Robert carefully communicated my circumstances to the vendor and helped me with my offer, giving me great advice. Not just trying to get the most money possible whether I could afford it or not. They sent me flowers when I moved in, and a birthday card, so sweet! But most of all, through the process I felt I could drop into the office or pick up the phone and mull over my thoughts with them. Buying a property alone, you don't have that other partner to bounce your ideas off and this hugely helped me. They have an in house person, Sophia, to progress the sale with the solicitors which kept everything on track and saved me from constantly chasing solicitors. And their financial advisor Mo is impartial. I found it helped my offer to go with him as Robinson Jackson and therefore the vendors knew that my mortgage offer was real. Everyone was great to deal with, quick, efficient and professional but friendly, and I will 100% go back to them with anything in the future.

Four Stars due to the Sales Progressor. We were only every in contact and got feedback from one person within the sales team at Robinson Jackson and were generally informed in advance when viewings would be taking place. Other than this there was little contact and it would be difficult to tell what marketing of our property was carried out other than through on-line sites such as rightmove. On this basis it would be difficult to tell Robinson Jackson apart from another agent, however when it came to the service provided by our Sales Progressor at Robinson Jackson it was great. Often she was dealt with my queries and calls in a diligent and professional manner. With a difficult buyer she helped us get our property sale over the line to completion.

I booked a viewing through Rightmove and met Byron at the flat. He was easy and funny and not at all pushy. He'd booked another couple of flats for me to see that evening but after we'd talked about what I liked about the first place, he already knew they weren't for me. We saw them as a comparison, but after that he was focused on showing me what I wanted not what he had. He didn't waste my time at all. The offer was negotiated quickly and without any fuss and Saphire handled the rest of the process very effectively. I would heartily recommend Robinson Jackson. In fact, I already have.

Robinson-Jackson did a fantastic job with my sale. The negotiators did an excellent job organizing for me to view properties and selling my flat. The Progressor did an amazing job managing the purchase process for my new property and the sale process of my flat, and working through a number of major problems, all of which were down to bad luck. I had a really unreasonable seller who dropped out of the first purchase, the second property I wanted failed the survey and the third (which I purchased) was in a really complicated chain. My personal journey was a complete nightmare with other agents but Robinson-Jackson worked really hard to make sure it went through.
