It was a slow process because of complications with our sale, but Marc was patient and flexible with us, and steered us through the process until we finally completed yesterday. He was also very accommodating about additional viewings and having builders etc over to give quotes so we can now hit the ground running with renovations.

I highly recommend RSK Hanwell, in particular James Merceron who has been fabulous in my search for my first property. He is friendly, professional and he really took time to listen to what I was looking for. Whereas other estate agents sent me properties which clearly did not meet my specifications, the second property James told me about ended up being the one! Although it had been a couple of months since we'd been in touch, I was impressed that he kept me in mind when a new property came onto the market. I have been dealing latterly with Fabio Verducci in regard to the sale of our family's property. I must commend him on the thorough professionalism shown throughout the process. Our experience with RSK was amazing from start to finish! My wife phoned in September just to make an appointment for October to have somebody come round to value our property as we were out the country at the time. Jonathan told us that the market was buoyant and that if we were comfortable he could start to show people the property straight away. We agreed and the team at RSK had arranged 20 viewings within the first couple of weeks, property sold within 4 weeks and is now fully completed with no issues. Our first experience with an Estate Agent as a first time buyer (rather than renting). Stuart at RSK Hanwell was our negotiator. We fell in love with the first property he showed us and put an offer in the very next day, which was subsequently accepted. I was very happy with the service of all the RSK staff, and in particular with Stuart who handled my sale. He was efficient, responsive and proactive, and was an excellent go-between in communications with my buyer. There were some tricky times and I would have found the process much more stressful without his help. I didn’t tick ‘good value’ because, not having sold a house for a ling time I was surprised at the high fee. But actually what RSK did for me in arranging viewings so quickly, bringing in offers within a week and reaching completion in less than three months during the pandemic, was worth every penny.
