The worst experience with this company. Do not sign contracts with them, as you will have to solve all the problems yourself. My commercial property on Eastcastle Street has had a leaky roof since the first day I moved in, and 6 months later this company has done nothing, lying that work will start soon. They rarely answer messages and calls. Unprofessionals and liars. My office is leaking from all corners, the walls are all wet and yellow, the company has done nothing for 6 months, and laughs in my face that it is a small problem. I will leave a photo below.

AVOID AT ALL COST they are scammers and it was the worst year renting in my whole life. No heating, flat full of trash and mould, rude agents and they STOLE my deposit, charging me for things that were in the flat before I moved in. Also you can’t contact them after you move out, they ignore all your emails.

It is unfortunate you can’t rate negative stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. I was asked to provide documentation, which I did by printing multiple pages to PDF via an iPhone app. Due to a technical issue, the letters "Fi" were missing from several words. It’s called a glyph error and is really common, easy to find on a google search. A technical error a human would never make because you must be really stupid to make the same mistake with the same exact letters on multiple pages. Rather than contacting me to clarify the situation, they completely ignored me and avoided direct communication. I was diverted to a receptionist who blatantly lied, claiming that the agents had suddenly gone on annual leave. It was clear they thought I had fabricated documents, which is both ridiculous and insulting, given that any inconsistencies would have easily been addressed during referencing. I was still in the pre-offer stage, but they chose to act in an unprofessional and cowardly manner rather than addressing the issue head-on. Their approach is biased, stereotypical, and outdated, and it’s obvious they pass this attitude on to new staff. Most of the positive reviews they have are misleading; during viewings, I met several agents who seemed completely uninformed and biased. If you're considering working with this agency, especially as a sales customer, be cautious. Their lack of professionalism could end up costing you, just as it has for others. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Property Agent was unprofessional, treats women like they are stupid and second-class citizens, incompetent, patronizing, unhelpful, ignorant and the worst I have come across in London. Made a difficult situation in the building that needed impartiality and helpful advice and all he did was make it far worse. Seemed to enjoy the power he had. If you are a professional woman steer clear - you would be shocked by this level of sexism. And management, they say, it is his word against mine!

I can very happily recommend RIB when acting in a sale. After failing to sell my Fitzrovia flat last year via another Fitzrovia agent I turned to RIB after receiving very positive comments from a family member who used them to sell his flat a couple of years ago. Ajsen from RIB sales managed to find a buyer within 1 week at an acceptable price. Despite some delays to the sale caused by protracted enquiries it successfully completed in the end thanks to Ajsen's very hands on approach in pushing the process forward whenever it came close to stalling. Lettings side is absolutely HORRIBLE. A friend of mine rented a flat through RIB and the agreed terms were NOT MET by the landlord and the agency. The keys to the property were not delivered on time thus he had to stay at a hotel. The landlord "gave" less then 40% of the total price of the hotel stay and then said to "not bother him again, go to the agency". At the agency the lettings Manager did NOT want to help at all and said to take the matter up with the landlord! Only after repeatedly coming back and "making a fuss" she called the landlord, he told her to get lost and so she told my friend that they can't do anything because the flat is not managed by them....what happened to common courtesy and helping YOUR CLIENTS. The contract was signed WITH RIB not with the Landlord directly thus there should be some support from the agency, There was NONE. I Highly discourage anyone from using their lettings side. Would not use their services.
