As a landlord with some experience in property management, I was able to fully appreciate the lengths the team (Annabel and Kate) went to in order to ensure that the tenancy ran smoothly despite having difficult tenants. At the end of the tenancy, the team's accurate records enabled us to achieve a very healthy recovery from the DPS. Highly recommended.

Caroline and Nick from Riverhomes were excellent with my sale. I’ve had other estate agents before who have over promised but not delivered. They pitched the property correctly, organised viewings seamlessly and negotiated the sale, within 12 weeks of the offer. They were supportive throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t use anyone else with a riverside property sale.
