GoogleThey promised the stars and the moon when they first started to manage our building a while ago. In reality you can't even get an email response from them with reported issue. Disappointing.

GoogleHaving known Ringley for over 20 years if I need to professional advice on any residential property issue I rely on their advice being correct, legally up to date and ahead of any competition others would consider. I have recommended Ringley to friends who have needed direction and advice on some of the more unusual matters involving residential matters in and about London.

GoogleMost people have very little good to say about Managing Agents because they dont really get what they do.... I found Ringley's sensitive approach when I couldn't pay humbling. They had a financial hardship policy to hand and helped me get through a difficult period, not by going to Court but by helping me get money from my lender in a friendly way.

GoogleMy friend Emma recommended Ringley to me. I'm glad she did. We were struggling self managing - which was good until everyone stopped getting along. We simply didn't know all the law, procedures and pitfalls to protect ourselves properly. Self interest is not the way to run a block flats. It is nice now to have professionals protect us from ourselves.

GoogleAvoid this company if you can. They work closely with property development companies to grow their portfolio. This puts the interest of tenants a secondary mission. The development where I bought a plot had many significant issues which Ringley refused to address with the builders even within the 2 year insured period. In the end, they were voted out and had their contracts withdrawn. Good riddance!
