GoogleProspective homeowners beware! This management company is extremely slow (if ever) in fixing the issues present in their 'managed' properties. Avoid them like the plague if you are not already saddled with them. Their managers are experts at buck-passing and are rude/irritated when you have the temerity of chasing them up by phone or email. All the positive reviews here are from their suppliers, which makes sense since the only service that they ever provide is mailing you the bill for the management payment, a service that they provide terribly. I would give them no stars if possible, but sadly this is not to be.

GoogleAppalling, dishonest, negligible, rude, irresponsible and incompetent - "If you are looking to buy an apartment and you find out Ringley's are the management then keep looking! The residents of our building have gone through hell with Ringley's and hopefully our petition will get rid of them soon." We have been charged 5 times to fix the same door because no one from Ringley comes to inspect contractors works. Same true of electronic gates (now in double figures). They take months to respond to the simplest repairs, we had live wires at head height where someone had knocked off the security light, 8 weeks plus it took to get someone out. Just steer clear! No one in our building can understand why they are still allowed to be trading.

GoogleRingley were recommended to me by a friend and I can't say I regret it! We had long term arrears which they collected and we had works that people shied away from-which are now done! Ultimately how a Managing Agent should be judged is how they improve the value of your property as an asset and whether it is your home or an investment. Ringley ticked all the boxes for us!

GoogleMackays are a cut above the rest, They put 110% into their marketing and are always looking for the next technology in estate agency , staff are dedicated and extremely helpful. We have sold three properties with the team and will definitely sell the next with them when we are ready.
