GoogleIf Ringley's manage the property you are considering I would think twice before making that commitment. Truly appaling and incompetent, at every step Ringley's have made numerous mistakes and provided incorrect information - worst of all they are unapologetic and even make attempts to deceive you.

GoogleOne of the worst customer service I had to deal with. I was sending couple of emails in a row to general manager but all of them were ignored. They don't help with any issues as suppose to. I would never recommend this company to anyone

GoogleI would actually seriously consider not buying a property if I found out Ringley's were the managing agents. They are absolutely appalling and dreadfully unprofessional and incompetent. Whoever uses them should get in the auditors - in my opinion they are little more than thieves.

GoogleExtremely poor. They manage our block in Tufnell Park and don't vet the quality of contractors etc, so reported works just never get dealt with. Not sure why we pay them (other than to send out invoices and chasers).

GoogleRingley are very prompt with their payments which is crucial in the service industry. The online portal is very helpful as you can track the progress of your invoices. I wish more property management companies operate in the same fashion as Ringleys
