GoogleIn my urgent search for a flat, I was fortunate to come across this company and especially Donovan. I can't speak highly enough of Donovan's professionalism, friendly nature and commitment to his clients. He helped me find the perfect apartment and guided me through the entire process. Even during his holiday, he continued to assist me, constantly checking in to ensure everything was going well. Such a great guy! I can't recommend him enough.

I have lived in 5 different countries and had rented from a lot of different people and countries never have I ever came across a more incompetent organisation, the less than 6 months , we haven’t have water for a full week, wifi out for 2 months, electricity out for a week, I haven’t had heating all winter for over 3 months, many leaks in the property that they completely ignore.This business does not deserve any client.If you are a landlord do not give your property to them to manage ,If you are a tenant do not rent with them.They are making money by abusing tenants!If you have any compassion in you do not give this business money as they you it to harm lives!The worst agency on the plant.

GoogleDon't waste your time, it is pointless even trying to contact them. I enquired about a property on Mitre road in London and was told I would be called back and never was. I sent an email, and multiple individuals replied asking me the same set of generic questions, I then responded to all the emails. Eventually I got a response to one of the emails from Alex, who told me he would send a video of the flat if I answered the same questions again, and then received no response after that even though I sent follow up emails.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with one of our team and clearly communication broke down in this instance, for which we sincerely apologise.

GoogleScam agency. Took a holding deposit for a property immediately and was responsive until the property was no longer of interest to us and then the agent - Brogan Streatfield suddenly became very rude and unresponsive. We had a viewing scheduled and she did not respond on the day letting us know of when we could view it or whether she would be there. When asked for the holding deposit back, she started stating false claims to try and scam us out of getting it back. We have been trying to reach her for weeks and there is never a response. We have contacted the main office and they can never do anything either. Beware, they are just trying to steal your deposit.
We are disappointed to read your review. We were made aware that you did not wish to proceed with the property last week and then asked our accounts department to process a refund to return your holding deposit to you. This takes a few days to process and is now with our accounts team.

Recently, I rented an apartment in Harrow with Right Now Residential.The tenancy progression team is really great. They responded quickly and helped divert enquiries to respective team. However, there is room for improvement for the agents team. It is really hard to get hold of them for enquiry after the apartment is confirmed.

I have reported few issues at the rented property through the Rightnow portal which was very easy to request and Michael quickly assigned the engineers to have them resolved promptly. The entire process executed by Rightnow team was smooth, quick and efficient.

Currently a resident at a RNR property. We haven't heard from our Property Manager for weeks - we have chased several times for several urgent matters and heard nothing, including during a time where we didn't have water supply in the building for weeks. The worst service I have ever received and we're paying premium rental prices of £2k+. Avoid renting from RNR at all costs

GoogleRight Now Residential is a really great agency for finding houses or apartment flats, and their service is excellent too. I just moved to the UK for good and was looking to rent a flat room for myself. This was my first time renting a flat in a shared house, and I didn’t know how to handle any of the process.
