Had a viewing with Brogan on Friday and am happy to say that I found the flat I always dreamt of, which I’ll start renting from end of the month! She tailored her searches so she could show me the very best flat I was after. She did what the other agencies couldn’t and made it easier. They are wonderful up until you pay your rent. You would face unreasonable post sale barriers, after i paid my rent and moved in, 1)the apartment was not what it was advertised to be. 2) it would take weeks to get a repair done. The property managers do not respond. 3) elevators are out every 2 days.

Agency ignores emails, takes long to help you solve any type of problem, most of my emails are ignored, asked for a phone call to sort something out I never received any help as well, my first month of tenancy I had no hot water or WiFi and it took them a full month to help me sort it out, disgraceful

When we first met Tanveer, he explained that his job. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of hme renting and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Tanveer would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Tanveer from Right Now also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. Initially I was in contact with Denim, a fantastic Senior Lettings Negotiator who replies instantly and informatively to any query sent. His confidence and uplifting character makes the property search less stressful and smooth. The administrative work was handled with a high level of professionalism and clarity by Orsalia, the Lettings Administrative, who always had quick solutions to any requests. Upon visiting the property, I was met by Tanveer, a knowledgable Lettings Negotiator, who answered all questions thoroughly and conducted an enjoyable tour of the property.

Spoke with a Tiegan Williams who pressured me into signing for a longer tenancy knowing that I was a student and running out of options. I immediately paid the holding deposit to take it off the market and everything seemed fine. Until she suddenly stopped replying my to messages after I paid, and still ignored after reminded her about my situation. I was able to reach her manager and he told me that the landlord all of a sudden doesn’t want student even after accepting my offer. I said I would accept a refund and move on. Tiegan has still not replied to me and had I not called someone else, she would have been happy to keep me thinking I have a place to move in when I don’t. I’m currently still waiting for the refund which they have not sent yet and I don’t think they plan on doing that anytime soon.

At the start of our journey with Rightnow residential, my flatmate and I had some doubts regarding the agency being a 100% legit company, because the agent we first talked to wasn’t able to answer accurately to our questions. But then, we met Tiegan who is the most efficient, friendly and professional agent we have exchanged with while flat hunting. She was available and replied to texts even past office hours, she always provided us with the answers to our queries and she even helped us speed up the move in process when the letting team was taking too long to send us over the contract.
