I have been impressed with right now residential. Efficient & quick in dealing with my enquiries - which is important in a market so competitive. Tanveer was especially good - developing quick rapport & has had effective communication throughout. Would happily recommend.

It was a pleasure dealing with Noah…

It was a pleasure dealing with Noah Johnny on the renewal of the tenancy agreement on the flat at Maltings Place. He was fantastic in negotiating a long-term lease at a competitive increased rental per month. He was super-efficient and the process was finalised within a week. Many thanks Noah.

While I was frantically looking for a property I came across Right Now Residential & honestly both Denim & Anca have been amazing in ensuring that our property is ready to move in & we have everything in place. I especially want to thank Anca for being not only being a lovely human being who genuinely cares about clients, but also for being responsive & communicating effectively and efficiently to allow a swift move into my new place. Thank you again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve had a great experience with this property management team. I moved to this flat 2.5 years ago, and have always had a property manager that was professional, responsive and helpful. This was even more evident few weeks back when I had some trouble with my boiler. After giving a quick call to report my issue, the guys at RightNow (Bobby Sehmi and Sandra Gomes) were immediately on the case. Within a few hours, someone was over to check on my issue; and after some major work done the next day, my issue was resolved (with a new boiler unit). I was pleasantly surprised with the team’s responsiveness and attention especially during this lockdown. Bobby kept me informed the whole time and was clearly making an effort to get things fixed asap. Sandra also gave me a call immediately after the plumbers left to make sure everything was okay and coordinating on the background with my landlord. And yes, the plumbers were great help too - fast, efficient, were happy to answer my questions, and thoroughly cleaned up before they left (and yes, made sure they had their masks on at all times!) I’ve been renting properties for the past 15 years so I can confidently say that these guys are one of the best - which is why I’m taking some time out of my day to share this review. I know of a friend in the city who also had a similar issue last year and had an awful experience getting it sorted with another property company - to a point she left and had to find a new flat... so I know how important it is to have a great team like these guys. Thanks Sandra, Bobby and team.. Keep up the great work! 🙏

I had the pleasure of renting a property in London through Right Now Residential, Denim. I have rented for a few years and this was by far my nicest experience. Denim kept me regularly updated, even just to say the reason behind any unexpected delays. I was never waiting longer than a few hours for a response and these were always very professional. I would highly recommend Denim & it has been a breath of fresh air having this experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dawn helped me find a one bedroom place that perfectly matched my exact requirements. I was able to view the property on the very same day I was sent details - despite this being after working hours. This was after my requirements had changed - I had been looking for a 3 bed. In addition to the flexibility, Dawn was also patient - she was very happy for me to view another property even though I had promised to make an offer. I would definitely recommend Dawn and Right Now Residential Ltd. Thank you for your help.

I have the worst experience of my life. They are trying to charge me the rent twice, the building which they take over was amazing before, now the gates are broken no control in the garage, one month ago people with a guy got into the building. This company simply doesn’t care. Everyone is getting desperate here in the NW2 Gladstone Building

Sharing some good experience I had with Donovan. Once we got a call from him he tried so hard to get us some rental property. He made sure to support us even after the agreement was done and still answers any question (if asked). He is very professional and makes the movement easier. Thanks Donovan.

Wonderful experience finding our new flat in SE1. Lyndsay Bushell was very responsive, thoughtful and only approached with options that fit our brief. We are now in our second month living in our beautiful flat still pinching ourselves. Whole-heartedly recommend.
