GoogleAvoid at all costs. Work with shoddy landlords They Took £500 deposit for the property they give it to someone else without telling me very sad
Unfortunatley it is beyond the agents control sometimes as in this case. The final decision is the landords as he is the owner of the property. The management did apologise to you for the inconvenience. Have a nice evening and good luck in your search.

GoogleAwful experience letting with them, fees are extortionate and deposit was left completely uninsured for 6 months. Thought it would be OK to charge £60 for a key when my girlfriend had forgotten hers. Not to mention they moved the completely incorrect people into a house share without any thought but for lining their wallets. Avoid.

TrustpilotGreat Service
Yasir assisted us as we recently rented a 4 bed house through the battersea branch. Must admit, one of the most professional & friendly agents. Didnt just want to take a holding deposit from us and disappear like other agents have done in the past. Thanks

GoogleLettings agents to avoid. They will charge you for anything and won't help at all. A really struggle to recover the deposit.

TrustpilotHighly Professional and Efficient
Residenza have managed our property in Southfields for the last 4 years. Impeccable and professional service. If the tenants require anything fixed they send a quote within a day and get it fixed immediately. I have recommended them to a few other landlords. Good, hardworking people.

Dear Oscar, Thank you for your Google Review. Please note your partner has already given us a review below. You were both interested in taking the commercial property on Clapham Road. Please do not write misleading reviews that you have paid a deposit as nothing was received from your end hence why it has gone forward with another party. We are a high street estate agent so we have no reason to disappear. We wish you all the best on your commercial property search. Regards, Management
