TrustpilotAlways on the phone when I had questions!
I rented a property through Residenza Properties. There was always someone in the office who I could get hold of at any time and was really helpful with the documents etc that I needed. I was working on a very tight schedule and they helped to get everything done on time.

TrustpilotFull of garbish
Full of garbish, ripp off company, if you want to get ripped off on a new place then look no further, team is soooo useless especially the fat guy, Waqas who was sooo rude at me, I bet if he loses a few pound he actually might be nice from the inside, the owner didn't even bother hearing my complaint, Wasim Definitely avoid at all cost.

GoogleGreat estate agent, fast communication, very efficient! We have used Residenza since 2013 for managing our investment property. We made the purchase via their advertisement and found the whole buying process satisfactory and hassle-less, so naturally we have continued to use their professional services. They are very good at securing long-term tenants, solving house maintenance issues, liaising with estate management company and solicitors. Highly recommended!

GoogleBe careful and never rent from these people. I’ve been told that I’ll get my deposit back max 48h after returning the keys. I returned the keys and unfortunately I’ve never received my deposit back. They are thieves. Also during the tenancy they were not professional at all. Zero starts for them.
Dear Tofee, please can u give me the address of the property relating to. I will look into this. We do not have a record of you on our system. I have no idea which property it is. Management RPL
