Fantastic company very professional. Super staff who keep you updated through the process of renting your home. Communication is very important and the team respond quickly, no long waiting times on the phone, fast response on email. Sorted photos, floor plan and on rightmove within days, can't rate them highly enough.

Best property Agency ever and that is undoubtedly Releince properties. I rented a house through Mr. Niraj Shah and trust me , he's very friendly, very particular and absolutely best property dealer. Just 1 call and you get solution to your problems. Although there were covid restrictions but still, following all the covids rules they gave us the best service without any compromise. Highly recommended . Thank you so much for your great service.

Trustpilotit started well...but recently went downhill, hope they sort it soon
I have been using them for a year...it started very well well with a first flat...but recently service level have dropped to unacceptable level (spending a LOT of time to chase them - even when I want to use them for a new property to put on their platform. Lately I faced double billing of service charge recently, they acknowledge it straight but it took their account team ages to rectify / acknowledge receipt of my request). It is a real shame & I will put this on a temporary issue and see how this goes - I like the business model & the service level is right what I need (still requires more management than a high street one but they are half the price)

I found Rentmyhome on Google. The experience was absolutely first class from start to letting. This was completed within 3 weeks flat.Great tenants, expertly vetted, fully certified and everyone really happy. The rentmyhome staff who supported my were knowledgable, enthusiastic and ultimately professional and should be congratulated and recognised and extremely impressive service.Renymyhome knock the spots of comparable others in the letting market and I cannot recommend them highly enough to prospective home letters - try and see!

Highly recommend using these guys. We were looking down the traditional Estate Agent route to rent out our place but they were going to charge 8% of the annual rent just to find someone to move in! It was only £49 with RentMyHome. They were super efficient, friendly and on it! Use 'em!

We’ve been using Rentmyhome.co.uk for the last few years and we couldn’t be more delighted with the service we receive. The tenants they find are professional always fully referenced. As we live abroad we have put a lot faith in the agencies we have used over the last decade however since taking the decision to work with Rentmyhome not only have we saved thousands of pounds but we also now feel satisfied with the fees we pay. (Previously we felt we were being continuously being over charged for an unsatisfactory service).Rentmyhome manage all four of our properties in the UK, the rent arrives on time and where or when there are any problems the team are always on hand to find a sensible and suitable solution. The marketing with the virtual walkthrough is a must for any landlord and the speed at which they are able to find tenants is the icing on the cake!When all said and done we couldn’t recommend this company more! Trustworthy, professional, smart and always attentive.

Simply put, the best value for money and service in the industry!My properties have been managed for years through a high street agent (to remain nameless) until more recently when I was introduced to Rentmyhome.co.uk via one of my colleagues. We live in Dubai and have a portfolio of 6 properties, two of which are now being managed through these guys.The team seem to be incredibly hands on, my tenants appear to be happy and supported, the property is regularly inspected and importantly the rent always arrives on time. Being abroad brings concerns, all of which are managed and taken care of in a professional, efficient and proactive manner by Rentmyhome.I’m delighted to have reduced my agency fees by more than 50% which over a number of properties is significant.A fantastic service and special mention to the management department who have been incredibly helpful with the most recent move in.

Rent My Home services are great. During the COVID-19 National lockdown, they helped speed up my house search. In less than two weeks of indicating an interest in a place, my application was approved, paperwork sorted the following week, and I was able to move into my new home within a month. Elliott, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and promptly provided me with answers to my queries. Working with them has been a pleasurable experience.

Terrible experience and so glad to be rid of Rent My Home - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were ok when I signed the Management contract But then as other users note below, the company went into administration earlier this year and it’s since been a disaster. I had to step in and resolve my tenants issues direct as Rent My Home cannot be trusted I hope the company closes to save other landlords the pain.

So I generally read this site with skepticism and generally go straight to the Bad reviews to see the true result, and if you see my other review it's been night and day comparing RentMyHome to others. In short, the others didn't answer the phone (what If i was looking to rent - i'm a landlord). They weren't helpful even in the least and never followed up.. until I lodged a Trustpilot review. Flipside, RentMyHome - called, answered after 2 rings, their online platform was amazing and the service was spectacular. They are truly 5*.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was very impressed with how efficient and attentive the RMH team were, always following up with calls and emails. Nothing was too much trouble and they achieved quick results at the level required. A really great value service, which I've recommended to others.
