3 weeks to get the property listed, management fee charged twice, two inspections not done, 13 months the property was effectively unmanaged. £40 offered in compensation! You have been warned.
Really sorry to hear you haven't had the service we would both expect. I will carry out a review and see what lessons we can learn.

Poor communication, tough company to deal with. Not worth using
Hi DanWe are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our communication. I have reviewed this with our colleagues and can see that the review is likely in reference to an email you missed? We have since provided a timestamped copy of the email and you have also confirmed receipt thereafter, which also shows we had responded on a Monday, following receipt of it after working hours on the weekend. I can see from historic communication that you have normally received responses from us within 24 hours for any raised queries, or not much longer than this, but as you have chosen to communicate directly with tenants and not aways respond to our queries, this has resulted in an extended notice and end of tenancy.

Don't use this company!The refreencing process is too long and the waiting time on the phone line it's hours long everytime you have to ask something. After 20 emails and phone calls they just wasted 3 days of my life allways finding new reason not to give us the renting property. They chosing their tenants based on the country they come from wich is very distrubing.
