The team at rentmyhome are all very friendly, efficient & thorough. They checked at every stage how it was going. It was them calling us to confirm viewings etc. not a case of us chasing them. My partner and I have dealt with many different agencies but have never received such efficient service. Scott Cave, our agent, was EXCELLENT! Informed us of everything throughout the whole process and all of the ins and outs of the application. Very trustworthy - when he says he’ll get something done, he does exactly that and as quickly as possible - this has not been the case with many agents/agencies we have encountered, with some leaving us in the dark for weeks and prolonging the application process - we’ve also had one of the biggest agencies and their referencing team ask us for everything short of a DNA test - this was not the case with RentMyHome. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Scott. We highly recommend.

Excellent service, attentive agents and attention to detail without the unreasonable price-tag. We opted for RMH instead of their high-street competitors and have not regretted the experience. We did find the cost extra services less competitive, but on the whole a very positive experience, and as a landlord there is no obligation to take the extra services offered.

Had so many issues with rent my home. Firstly I had about 7 different property managers during my 12 month stay wasn’t informed that they changed so when I emailed about an issue I just didn’t get a response. Secondly, no hot water the whole year until the kitchen and crappy water in the bathroom constantly complained and was never fixed, causing hygiene issues especially when trying to wash dishes. Thirdly, broke tiles in the kitchen which is a danger, never fixed. Crappy curtains which were properly installed and couldn’t be opened or closed properly these were never fixed. The upstairs flat had a leak which went into our flat, the light was never switched, we were also informed that the can’t repair the leak as they didn’t want to pay the maintenance guy. My flat mates shower was broken for months, never fixed. Mood in apartments never fixed, after paying rent I was called constantly telling me I had not paid, instantly after I said I had they magically found the money, scam to get more money from me. My contract ended and I gave notice yet they still pressured me to pay and regretted my notice, and haven’t refunded my deposit after 2 months. They don’t care about there tenants and are only out to make money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We have been loyal customers to rent my home for years. They have been amazing in helping us rent out all of our rented apartments in London. Omar and Alex are just excellent. They are very well informed, proactive. They gave very clear, thorough and helpful answers to all our questions. We honestly felt so looked after by them. Their fees are much lower than the traditional high street agent, but the service they provide is nothing less than any other traditional estate agent, maybe even better. We would highly recommend rent my home!

Honestly, I've been renting in London for a while and these people have changed my outlook on estate agents: the easiest process ever!!!! I have been renting through Omar: it's been flawless from the start: the application process was so smooth and he always made sure I was comfortable with everything. I've been in the property managed by Rentmyhome and Omar picks up the phone super quickly and has the problem sorted or processed almost instantly. Love their human touch and are also very fun. Absolutely recommend!

I was left without a running shower for a week at a flat that i am paying for at clyde court. The estate agent Elliott Shaw and his agency treated me like i was not human. He said to me several times that he's raised the issue with the landlord's maintenance team as a priority but then the maintenance man told me that he was not aware. It took maintenance just 5 mn to sort out the issue after one week. Not even a formal apology from the agent or the landlord. This shows, they only care about money. This building is the worst place to live in city centre, i have been here since July 2020 but every 2/3 months there is a water issue (where u go all day without running water) or some other issues. The worst estate agency to rent from. We had a flooding where a water pipe burst from the flats above me, it took nearly 3 weeks, i lost some of my personal belongins but the agency turned around and said "it is not the landlord's fault" it was not my fault either. Just don't forget that what goes around comes around. You treat me like that, one day someone will treat you or your love ones the same. Karma.

I recently used RMY, from start to finish the process was first class. I secured a tenant within 5 days and the tenant moved in on the 10th day. I can see this is the way forward for letting and selling property. Response to phone calls and emails was prompt, just how Customer service should be.
