GoogleHad a viewing booked and confirmed, turned up and waited for twenty minutes before receiving a phone call asking if we were still attending and that an agent called Abby should be there within ten minutes. We waited 25. No one showed up. No word of acknowledgment or apology followed afterwards either. So unprofessional.

GoogleArranged a viewing and arrived at the flat and no one there. Called the office and they were sitting at their desk ‘in a meeting’. Poor service.

GoogleThe WORST estate agents. We moved out of our property in Mitcham CR4 on the 10th August. We STILL haven’t got our deposit money back! They’re currently withholding £1170 from me and my partner. I’ve phoned and they said the finance people should have released it and they’ll get back to me by the end of the day. Heard nothing

GoogleWhat I like about them is the simplicity of their service, with no hidden costs, unlike with the majority of agencies I've been dealing with who will charge astronomical fees. Also, they are good for the tenants who don't have to pay any commission, like they would with other agencies.

FacebookContact the agency to book a viewing. Was told would receive a call back which I didn't. Contact the agency again to be rudely treated by someone who identified as the owner. Was almost told to shut up when complaining and to get on with it. Very poor customer service.
