Hi there, pretty mortified to read your review after a hard days work. i am very sorry to hear you have been messed around. I tried to look into it and so far found that basically between the staff that are in the office and the ones who are remote - they all presumed the other was doing it. We do have 3 people away for holiday and sickness including covid. I will DM you anyway to discuss further.
