I was let down by another company massively, and currently living abroad, I need a reliable, professional, honest company to manage my small portfolio. Thank goodness I found Redwood. I had known Lynn prior from the said other company, (not involved at all) and that put me at ease. She was understanding, professional and personable. Furthermore, she gave me a great deal, and in return, I can't speak highly of her and her colleagues. Prompt, accurate payments, and so far, for the last four months and counting; they have been brilliant.

It’s really simple. If you owned a company you would want it to be run exactly like this. You would want the staff that work there to have the ethos this team shares with an integrity and level of professional empathy rarely found in todays fast paced property market. Pragmatic, patient, courteous, polite... the superlatives could go on alphabetically A through Z. In my case, as dramatic as it sounds they’re proactive attitude very probably saved a life and I can’t thank them enough for that one act. As it says above- “Excellent!.. no reservations, I would recommend this company and it’s staff to anyone.”

Good experience with redwood and Lynn. A few hiccups which I'm sure are normal with any purchase. She was always keeping us as informed as possible which was great. As the only minus, (which was actually a plus for us because it would affect competition viewing) the images taken of all properties were not that great and made the property seem much worse on Rightmove than in person.

I have been with Redwood Estates for 14 years - as a landlord with a few properties I can honestly say they are a top performing Agent, their level of service is friendly, helpful and professional. They are always polite, fair and honest in their dealings. Whenever work or a price is quoted, they are keen to get the best outcome, and price for the job without compromising the service. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

It was a very swift sale, where a number of serious buyers came to view the property early on. The only downside was that it was a dear service, however, I cannot fault the customer experience from Lynn.

She offered an excellent service, in particular as we lived away from the area, nothing was too much trouble and she provided regular updates during the viewing process. She was very proactive in addressing any potential issues/hold ups liaising with ourselves the buyers and our solicitors. Overall an excellent service and we wouldn’t hestitate to recommend or to use Redwood Estates again.
