Thank you for your review, although I am disappointed you have only given us 1 star. You have been a long-term tenant of ours, having been renting through us for 12 years. May I please point out that in those 12 years, the rent had increased on average by £33 per year. As you know, your landlord is able to increase the rent yearly but between the years 2018-2023 your landlord kept your rent the same. May I also point out, your landlord allowed you to end your tenancy 6 months early at your request. Many thanks, Redwood Estates

Redwood estates is the best agents I have interacted with as a tenant. I’ve never dreaded having to get into contact with them, Debbie who sorted my tenancy and Danielle who have helped me with all my maintenance issues have been outstanding. They hire local tradesmen to help if you have any maintenance issues and the people they hire are fantastic, as a woman it can feel intimidating having people come into your space but the trades folk that Redwood hires are polite and respectful and have always made me feel safe. I’ll genuinely be sad to leave redwood’s property, I highly recommend them, they’ve been so great to deal with!

Tried to book a viewing as cash buyer told no already has 30 booked, so arrogant that I would never consider a property they have on their books.It might be a sellers market but things change daily. As a vendor consider who you use as the one that might have brought it might never have been offered the opportunity to view it.

I have been renting a property with Redwood estates for more than a year now. Recently, I had an issue in an apartment during which I realised how much they cared for us. They called us every second hour(even on a Sunday!!!) to check in on us and understand if the issue was resolved or was being looked at. While it was not a local issue but a communal issue, they made sure they were talking to the right people in getting the issue resolved. Thanks!
