Jason & Emma Charles It has been such a smooth journey that I can't believe it myself. Everyone says it is stressful to sell a house but with Lynn on board and coordinating everything from solicitors, buyers etc so well we had no stress at all. She has been amazing and a lovely person to deal with. I would highly recommend Lynn Randall at Redwood estate as she took take care of everything and you have peace of mind that things are progressing in the right direction. Redwood Estate has been excellent and I highly recommend them.Absolutely top marks to Debbie and Danielle for being complete stars throughout my 5 years renting with them. Both of them are unfailingly helpful. Nothing was ever to much trouble, no question was ever a stupid question. Easy to contact. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. Thank you both and not forgetting Catherine too,Very refreshing to find an agent that goes over and above to help the customer.

Lynn from Redwood Estates has been very agile, approachable and quick to respond to all enquiries. As a first-time buyer I was lacking experience in buying a property however Lynn made sure the process was as smooth as possible despite the extreme pressure from other parties in the chain. We are first time buyer bought a property that was listed with Redwoodestates. The viewing, negotiating and Sales was efficient and straightforward given it was during Covid19 and lock-down. After completion, we encoutered series of problem with sellers not following up on his words (completion date, given notice to tenants, tenants moving out, fixtures and waste removal). Lynn who handling our case, has been a massive help dealing with the tricky the seller and tenants, keeping us inform throughout of this stressful time. Thank you again Lynn and we wish you and Redwoodestates best for business and health.

We have bought twice through Redwood and have rented with them also, and we have never had a bad experience. We recently moved and Lynn was with us the whole way chasing solicitors, getting the information needed in a timely fashion and generally being wonderful. We gave her a long list of what we wanted in a house and she found us the perfect one! All of the staff members are very helpful and friendly and if they say they are going to do something they do it! Brilliant company and would recommend to everyone!

Redwood Estates made the renting process hassle free, which is unusual in London at the moment. Debbie was very quick at responding to all our doubts and queries throughout the process. We had a plumbing problem on the day we moved in, and the maintenance team had someone come to fix the issue within an hour. We are happy with our new flat.

Debbie was super efficient and managed to get all the documents through to us really quickly. Libby also saved the day on our move in date when some keys had gone missing, she certainly went above and beyond (on her day off) to get us into the property ASAP after an unforeseen mishap! I've had extremely useless and unresponsive estate agents in the past and Redwood Estates are certainly head and shoulders above the rest!

Lynn at Redwood Estates did a great job selling our house in Woolwich. The offer that we accepted occurred just before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic which presented various challenges. Lynn went beyond the call of duty on several occasions to deal with various problems that with another estate agent may have cost us the sale. Her client care is exceptional and she is very good at reading people and situations which we found valuable.

Have bought a property from Redwoods and they also manage 3 of my rental properties. The Service from Lynn, Sylvie, Debbie, Danielle and Megan is very professional. They are always contactable and quick to respond to queries and offer good advice. The one time I have had an issue when using one of their contractors they took full ownership and were quick to apologise and find an adequate solution. Would definitely recommend as feel valued by their service and they act in a authentic, personable style - thanks Ben

Redwood Estates has been very helpful in the process to try and sell our property. We have chosen them because they also manage our building and we use them as a management agency for our rental apartment, so we have a lot of experience to know they deliver a great service across the board. When our first two buyers pulled out for personal reasons, Redwood managed to get new viewers and offers on the table very quickly, and eventually managed to get it sold for asking price. We are very happy with them and would definitely recommend them! Thank you Lynn and team!

I could not recommend Redwoods highly enough. I was very impressed with the sales team right from my initial contact with them. I chose Redwoodsover other established agents and I wasn't disappointed at any point in the sales process. My reasons for a 5 star review - highly professional, reasonable fees, knowledgeable re the area, realistic, very high level of integrity and honesty, very efficient, great communication, extremely helpful. Trustpilot£60 for a gate fob.
I hate when Agency take advantage of tenants when they have power. I bought a gate fob for £60. When it stopped working apparently because it was too old, the only option was to pay another £60 for a new gate fob. I paid £120 all together for gate fob. Daylight robbery.This Business owner knows that customers rely on this Fob to access their property, therefore he takes advantage of their weakness by increasing the price extremely high.
Please note this is a review for Redwood Estate Management Ltd, and should not be confused with the Sales & Lettings side of the business. Thank you for your comments. £60 is the price of the remote control, including the engineers time to program it onto the system. We do not make any money on car park remote control.
