Had a beautiful experience by renting property throughout the Redwood Estates! Super polite and efficient service, everyone i super responsive and responsible. Never had any problems on getting support or help when needed. I highly recommended to be attentive when choosing letting or buying agents and company. Redwoods Estates is my number one and i super grateful for all who is working there specially Debbie!

Tried to book a viewing as cash buyer told no already has 30 booked, so arrogant that I would never consider a property they have on their books.It might be a sellers market but things change daily. As a vendor consider who you use as the one that might have brought it might never have been offered the opportunity to view it.

I have been renting a property with Redwood estates for more than a year now. Recently, I had an issue in an apartment during which I realised how much they cared for us. They called us every second hour(even on a Sunday!!!) to check in on us and understand if the issue was resolved or was being looked at. While it was not a local issue but a communal issue, they made sure they were talking to the right people in getting the issue resolved. Thanks!

After taking your money! They just don't care anymore. Ignoring phone calls etc. But once they need something from you like paying bills for repairs etc. They will be in your back 24 Hours a day, 7 days in a week, 52 weeks in a year and 12 months in a year asking that they need the money or debt agency will come and fine you even more

I dont normally write reviews however out of all the managing agents i have been with redwoods is onw if the best for communication and excellent customer service an just getting the job done.From when I moved in to 5 months later any issue I have had whether it was the hob not working properly they came and replaced it the next day. The front door was rattling they fixed it the next day as well. The operatives are friendly gwt thw job done quickly. Any issue I have had they get back to me very quickly and send someone the same day or the next. Exceptional service

Rubbish !!! Living in a flat that is being manage by Redwood Estates. Having a rat infestation in the building and redwood didnt do anything to help the flat owners. Paying a lot of money for ground fees and they use it to cut the grass almost 3x a week. Broken security gate ot being action straight away..
