Hi Jeannie, We are sorry you feel this way. It was a shame that your rental application was not able to pass our third party independent Homelet reference process. You were provided with some options to help pass references , however your guarantors were unable to satisfy Homelet. We can only recommend tenants to our landlords which pass references. You were refunded your weeks holding deposit minus a small fee which you agreed to. This fee has been paid to Haven House Children’s Hospice in full. We have not made any money from this failed transaction so I hope you can see when have not ripped you off. The property was held for you for over a week. Kind regards Rash & Rash
