We bought our house through Rash and Rash a month ago now. They were brilliant! This was our first move in over 30 years, so a big deal for us. Hetal was outstanding. She was so friendly and engaging. She had that personal touch, which made all the difference. Hetal really made the effort to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for. We found our lovely new home thanks to her! And then, from agreeing the sale, right through to collecting the keys from her, Hetal was there. Keeping us updated and responding immediately to any queries we had. She was amazing: nothing was too much trouble. She inspires confidence and really knows her stuff. We spent six months looking at houses and therefore met several Estate Agents. Hetal was head and shoulders above the rest. If you are thinking of selling your property and/or looking to move- go to Rash and Rash- and ask for Hetal!

We feel very lucky that the property which we wanted to rent was managed by Rash & Rash. Matt has been incredibly helpful and professional from the moment we contacted him. He is extremely responsive and made every effort to try to meet our needs when we were deciding on the house, and he was happy to come along to show us the house several times before we decided. As the managing agent of the property, he continues to be responsive and professional in dealing with the inevitable teething problems encountered when first moving in, one of which was a fire alarm that went off late on a Friday night which we had no idea how to turn off which he was immediately able to resolve. I don’t expect many agents would have been contactable to deal with the matter so quickly on a Friday night.
Matt is friendly, resourceful and trustworthy and simply not your average estate agent. He took so much of the stress out of the house search and we can not recommend him highly enough.
