I first bought and sold through Rash & Rash in the last century and their personal service was exceptional. 25 years later and a new office, have they kept that personal ethos? The sales team headed by Hetal and Mary just could not have been better and exceeded my expectations in every respect. I was kept informed over WhatsApp every step of the way. When the sale appeared to have stalled, Hetal and Mary worked with me and the solicitors on both sides to get things moving. They were even available any time, day or night and even weekends as required. In more than 40 years of dealing with estate agents I have never had such committment and all at a very reasonable fee. I feel R & R are now friends and I wish them all the best. I'm just sorry I have nothing else to sell!
