The photos and video of my house were lovely and I feel went some way to helping to achieve above the asking price. Also, the floor plan was one of the most professionally drawn and accurate that I have seen from any agent. Rash & Rash found a buyer for my house immediately. Matt the owner and Mary the office manager, two extremely approachable people, made the selling process as stress free as possible. My partner and I have been on the lookout for a home for the past 6 months and over that time, we've met with many estate agents. Most are absolutely fine but the lovely Rikki from Rash & Rash has got to be a cut above the rest. From the moment she answered the phone the first time I called, all the way through to the additional bits of help she'd go out of her way to lend us, she's been an absolute gem! Not to mention just genuinely made what can be a rather tedious and nerve-wracking process, actually enjoyable. Highly recommended! Organic & genuine customer service. On my first call with Rash&Rash, I was asked to leave my contact details for a 2nd potential viewing date. Being passed around on the phone between lettings & sales at other agencies, or speaking to a different agent every call only to be fobbed off, I didn’t think I’d get a callback from Claire. True to her word, a few days went by and I got the call from Claire following up the two viewings I’d enquired into. A small gesture but it resonated with me, it demonstrated R&R’s embodiment of professionalism, consistency & proactiveness, which was proven time and time again. Rash & rash we’re an amazing team to work with. Everything was transparent, considerate and effectively communicated from viewing to referencing. Claire and Mary were very responsive and worked collaboratively with me to ensure every step of the process was efficient and smooth. We rented out our property through Rash & Rash this year and cannot recommend Matt, Claire and Mary highly enough. We had never rented out property before and were understandably nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. Matt and his team held our hand from the day we approached them to the day the new tenants moved in and beyond. They helped us and/or guided us with just about everything from obtaining all the correct certificates to getting insurance for landlords. They arranged for the inventory and even recommended a good accountant whom, by the way, we have met and whose services we shall be using.
