Dear Kiryl, It is disappointing to receive your review. I am afraid that as explained, when items are requested during a tenancy, it is not our decision whether these are done, as we do not own the property. As relayed any decision not to add/replace items is not made by ourselves, but relayed in accordance with the instructions of the landlord. Equally, with your deposit return, we communicated many times daily, but the wait for the compliance (which we shared with you) is the cause for delay, not ourselves. When we have deposit compliance in place and it is correct, deposits are always sent straight away. To send them when it is not correct is grossly unprofessional. I appreciate your frustration, but the direction of this frustration is incorrectly focused on my team, given the clarity with which we have explained the above clearly, and the correct way in which we have acted. This has been emailed to you, and I trust is understood.
