GoogleWouldn't recommend. They charge you with hidden fees, takes forever to respond and blame you for damages that were already there prior to moving in.

I am sorry that you feel this way our inventories are carried out by a 3rd party company and they advise of any damages that have occurred during a tenancy. If you would like to discuss your damages further please contact us and we are happy to see if we can come to an amicable solution

GoogleI have been a tenant for over a year now, and can only say good things about my experience with Prime Land. I originally came to London looking for a short term room to rent. However, it's gone so well and i am still here today. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleRents out rodent infested properties to vulnerable people. Lies about it, intimidates and mocks vulnerable teenagers, young women and white females. Does not give back deposit and throws the contract at you if you dare to stand up for yourself. Have audio and written proof for everything claimed here. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery bad agency. Disrespectful to customers. They only provide rooms to high-category people. They only need money. No humanity, no service, no kindness.

GoogleAbsolutely awful. The advert was a lie. We waited 45mins at the viewing and nobody turned up. We rang them and they told us someone would be there in 10 minutes but, when we talked to the current renters, they had never been told of a viewing. Avoid them.

GoogleI came to London for work and found prime land to be a helpful and efficient company to work with. I stayed for 3 months and would consider them for any future stays in the capital.
