Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. I had a great experience with this agency. Faiz showed me a property that didn’t quite suit my needs, and after I explained what I was looking for, he immediately suggested another option that fit perfectly. He quickly arranged a viewing (Thursday), I accepted the property on Friday, paid the holding deposit, and sent all my documents. By Monday, everything was completed, I had the contract in hand and the keys to my new home. The whole process was super fast, efficient, and very clear. Shek went through every detail with me and explained each step thoroughly, which made the entire experience stress-free and straightforward. I highly recommend this agency, and especially Faiz and Shek, for anyone looking for a smooth and professional renting process.

Quite possibly the worst estate agent i have ever used. They tried to get us to lie to mortgage surveyors on their behalf and constantly kick up a fuss over simple maintenance that they are responsible as outlined in their own contract. Customer service is non-existent, and one of the managers would constantly attempt to intimidate us, was patronising and was consistently unhelpful. The only good thing they did for us was let us leave the contract early after they had been caught lying to the mortgage surveyor.
