GoogleDon't ever use this place. They are very rude and totally unprofessional. They don't know how the speak to customer. They run on bangladsshi timetable. Having lunch when the want and expect you to wait for them to finish. I would never use their service again. I ask Mr Rezaul Karim KHAN the company director to provide some training to the team. Otherwise, you will lose customers just the the other business the you have desolved so far. Please change the bangladsshli mentally and add a little professionalism that people expect. We are customer who are paying you for a service.

GoogleWhen I was living in one of their properties everything was fine, they were friendly and reasonable, and quickly responded to any inquiries me and my roommates had. Not so much since I moved out. I moved out before my contract ended, but found a replacing tenant and terminated the contract with Primeland, the replacing tenant took over my contract so to speak. We agreed that they would pay me back the month's rent I paid in advance. That was 8 weeks ago and I have neither received my money, nor have I even heard back from them - I wrote about 5 emails and tried to call, but no one is answering the phone. I find that very unprofessional. I would be willing to delete this review if I were to receive my money.

GoogleI was living in one of their property.. I will just write down a list for you guys,so one time you choose to sign with them U already know what to expect. No communication, phone ( If they answer they will never call you back ), e-mail ( you have to call them..pt 1.. for let them answer ) They never check the house, if there is something broken, will stay broken. If is time to change house and you give the notice just know that at ANYTIME one agent can pop in your room without saying to you Now is time to have your deposit back.. Right? Just be ready to call them EVERYDAY of course till finally they will pay you back, in at list 2 weeks times Really disappointed

GoogleDidn’t manage to get a property as our circumstances changed but Shek from Prime Lane was very helpful/understanding of the budget and gave us lots of properties to work with. Top agent and if If ur looking for fair valued property in the area and dealing with good people this is the agency.

GoogleI don't know where to start from. When you first move to London, you have to experience a rip off at least once and renting with Primeland was my right of passage. I was unfortunate enough to stay with them for two entire years and it was by far the worst renting experience I have EVER had. Primeland is full of sexist, rude, incompetent and ignorant men..and a woman. Don't even think about renting with them. Here is a very short list of problems we've encountered with them: - Agents are sexist and will not listen to you if you are a woman. I was the lead tenant but I still had to get my male flatmate to write to them in order to get a response - Our flat was full of mould. We had to make the investment to clean it ourselves as the agency said they couldn't do anything about it. The window frames were literally black when we first moved in - The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking because of the neighbour upstairs. The agency fixed it AFTER 6 MONTHS of taking a shower under a leaking ceiling..full of mud..disgusting..they then solved it by covering the problem and building a fake ceiling over it. The fake ceiling COLLAPSED a year later because it was soaking wet. Thank god it fell in the middle of the night and not on someone's head, or it could have caused serious damage. - The rent kept on increasing and the apartment was and IS seriously overpriced and many more..I know most agencies in London try to get their way, but never settle for Primeland or they will make your life miserable

GoogleI had a great experience with Prime Land property. They were always so quick to solve any issues. They are polite, professional and efficient - particularly Shek. They stand out from the pushy (and slightly shady) lettings agencies which are so common in London!

GoogleI have been using Charles and his team at primeland for approaching 10 years for a number of properties. They are a very professional outfit who treat their landlord and tenant customers well and fairly- I would not hesitate to would highly recommend them to other landlords

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER! I rented a 2 bedroom flat from this agency and the service was terrible. It took ages to fix anything and they sent their “maintenance team” like 5 times to fox one thing. The “maintenance team” is one guy who fixes anything i.e plumbing, electricity, cupboards,.... I complained to them like millions of times and they don’t reply. They don’t care about their customers, all they care about is to get you to sign the contract and after that you will see the true service. Stay away from them, I’ve had a terrible year with them so avoid the same thing happening to you

They promised that I will definitely get the property. They put me into huge trouble as I almost got homeless because of them. Specifically a person named Mr. Rony who is working for Prime land Property is a lair and cheater. Please don’t waste your time and money with them. Thank you.
