Dear Yvonne, many thanks for your kind review. It has been an absolute pleasure to rent your flat out over the last few years, so we are a little sad to have now also agreed a sale. Do keep in touch, and let us know if you’re ever looking to re-invest in the area. Many thanks for your many years of support.

GoogleWe were so fortunate to have found Portland Estate Agents, who had assisted us every step of the way, along with professional advising in relation to the sale of our property. Their hard work and knowledge whether related to sales, marketing or documentation was amazing, which made it stress free for us and definitely it paid off at the end. I would highly recommend Mr. Darren Somaiya of Portland for his quality and professional work. Five star ratingPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFinally, we sold our flat. It was a roller coaster journey for us-- with the great help of Darren and Andy who were there to guide us along the way (as we are selling our property for the first time) these duos really did a fantastic job of explaining to us and giving us information as we go about with the process. They would call, update us by email, phone and would go extra mile.. I couldnt thank them enough. Thank you Portland Estate Agents. Highly recommended!

GoogleThe service we received Portland was great. Despite 2 out of 3 of us being on holiday, It was straight forward and painless to get all the paperwork sorted and the checks complete. Even though it was the Landlords preference to meet us, it was organised well by Portland. I felt like our expectations were managed appropriately and the Landlords concerns, with 2 of us not having viewed the property, were eased. We want to move in on a Sunday as this fitted in with our weekend plans. Despite the office being closed, Andrew came into the office so we could get the keys and sign the paperwork. If anyone is looking to let in the area, I recommend Portland to manage this on your behalf.

GoogleI'm extremely happy with the services Portland State agents provided for me and my two flat mates. Neither of us is native English speaker and they were very helpful all the way through, making sure we understood every step we were taking. We also have some problems with my friend paper works from her job and they also helped with that. They made the whole process way easier and they were there for us every time we had a question or any doubts. They surely did a great job and made our lives easier

GoogleProbably the most proactive estate agents in the Willesden Green Area. We recently sold our flat with Portland Estate Agents on a multi-agency agreement. They were able to bring in lots of potential buyers almost straight away whereas the other agent only managed to book in a couple of viewings. They were able to agree the best price and they liaised with our solicitor directly throughout the sale process to help push the sale along faster as well as keeping us updated at every stage. Would definitely recommend these guys!

GooglePortlands recently helped me to purchase a propety and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When they were helping me to view properties they were quick and efficient and really listened to what I wanted to view. After the 1st of my purchases fell through they were able to find me another sutiable property that same afternoon. Through the purchase process they were diligent and genuinely went the extra mile to help both me and the seller get to completion as quickly as possible.
