GoogleMy experience with Portico has been fantastic! My friend and I were really struggling to find a place due to the state of the rental market right now but now with Portico we have found a perfect flat. Gergana was especially so helpful for us and made sure that we had a fair price with the landlord and that the process of viewings, applications etc. was all smooth. Overall, could not recommend Portico enough!

Recently went through Portico to rent a property in London. Erick kindly provided a video of the property we eventually rented as we were unable to view in person as we were living abroad. Communication with Erick was efficient and timely throughout and this made the process as stress free as possible. Following moving in to our new flat queries were answered in an equally succinct manor. I would recommend Portico, especially to those moving to London from over-seas.
