TrustpilotThe Worst property Agent In The Market
The worst property agent I have ever come across. I have rented a property from them, and after moving in the house, I found some faulty appliances. I reported these immediately, but they took ages to fix some of these, and after four months of reporting broken toilet (which is health and safety issues)' I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent property from them.

GoogleI recently went through the process of renting a flat with Portico estate agents and the experience was amazing! The agent (Mr G Akbas) who helped me with this, answered all the questions I had about the property, and it’s surroundings. He communicated well with me and helped me chose the right flat For my needs. I was really pleased with his attitude towards me. I would fully recommend this agency!

Really poor experience. Complete lack of communication and was red buttoned a number of times when chasing up my offer on a property. They also turned up late to my initial viewing, wouldn’t answer the phone and told me details about the property that just weren’t true. After all this, they had the audacity to call me disrespectful when I asked to make a complaint. Steer clear.

GoogleWe bought our property through portico four years ago, and recently sold it with them. During both experiences the sales/purchases were driven through by Portico's Michelle, who was tireless in her chasing of solicitors and agents up and down the chain. The process would have dragged out much longer without her. We would happily recommend Portico for property sales, and would use them again without hesitation.
