This company is irrensponsible to its customers ,because they take money on the holding deposit after which you send a contract by e-mail such as that you can move to the proposed date , but when you get the time to move appear that will problems that will not allow you to rent the property ,and when you ask them for money back , they tell you that money does not return ,but before giving money ,I was not told this , hesitate this company for rent .

The estate agents team were very on point and responsive, helped me and my flatmate in a tricky situation. Hugo especially worked hard for us and kept us updated. Paralegal services seemed quite slow though from our knowledge and we ended up moving in much later than anticipated.

Would have been five stars but for a hiccup in the lines of communication. But satisfactorily resolved in a timely (if costly) fashion. Spyros was unfailingly polite, even when I perhaps was not. He was most efficient in obtaining a very satisfactory renewal deal. I live overseas and it is a relief to know that there is someone who is competent acting on my behalf.Reading this, perhaps I should award a further half star!

Recently moved into a beautiful new build, and I was supported by James Wackett. I was handed leaflets at the viewing, and questions were answered sufficiently. This agent had a lot of patience during our onboarding and application process, grateful to have recieved such a prompt agent. I also received the sweetest move in box with lots of goodies and helpful connections to get me started on furnishing my new home.

I’m a landlord who has let a flat in SW11 through Portico and its predecessors for nearly 25 years. Medleen, who heads the Lettings side of the Battersea office, is a long-standing branch manager and a pleasure to deal with, ensuring I have almost no void periods between tenancies. Her colleague Ieva who handles property maintenance is fantastic too. She is excellent at keeping both landlord and tenant abreast of works and takes everything in her stride from fixing a bannister to sourcing and fitting new windows for the entire property. Bravo Battersea branch!

The Portico Walthamstow office have really impressed me with there devoted efforts to there clients. Mr Samuel Johnson is one of the Estate agents that I have dealt with and he really exceeded and showed his passion and commitment to understanding my needs. We’ve worked with Sean and the team for a number of years now and they truly are amazing. He made a very stressful time of managing my fathers property whilst he was abroad a lot easier for me.
