GoogleUtterly incompetent. It takes days to get a response from them, even with continual chasing and phone calls. Staff are often lacking empathy and fail to meet the most basic levels of customer service. For the first two weeks we had no heating and this summer we've had a mosquito infestation - both incidents took at least a week to get a solid answer.

Yin, I am sorry that you have felt the need to write this review and also that you have not received the level of service you would expect and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. I'm not entirely sure what we have done wrong and dont agree with many of your points raised. We have recorded entries of constantly corresponding with you and many times attempting to get hold of you with no luck. Our aim is to keep Landlords involvement to a minimum however there are situations that arise when we do require authorisation from Landlords for us to be able to proceed with works. The leaks that occurred at the property were picked up and handled by the Property Manager. Unfortunately we are unable to commence the claim with the insurance until the initial information has been submitted however we are able to assist where possible providing quotes and any information needed but this is all data protection based and the insurers wont deal with us! With regards to the licence for the property we had a designated licensing team that were put in place for the renewal of licenses should Landlords require this service. When Landlords applied for licenses themselves we were unable to speak with the council directly due to data protection they would only speak with the licence holder directly. We have looked through our system and all correspondence and cannot see any record you requesting Outlook to assist in your licensing renewal or applications.. I can see that your service reduced from managed to Let only in July and that the deposit is still being held and protected by us. Please can you come back to me to confirm that you have registered the deposit under your own account and provide a copy of the protection certificate and then I will be able to transfer the funds over to you and unprotect the deposit from this end. We are still waiting on you!
