GoogleThe worst experience ever with this agency. They let me move in into the flat with not hot water. Are already 15 days weβre with not hot water at all! No support from the agency, Iβm keep going to send email about compensation but not answer at all! DONβT TRUST THIS AGENCY!

GoogleI've been dealing with Outlook for the last couple of years now. I've found them to be extremely professional throughout and all of their staff are friendly and approachable. Adnan in the Stratford office is particularly helpful and deals with matters in a friendly, pragmatic fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his office.

GoogleThe most bad agency in UK!! Not give back deposit normal .!! Just scam !!
Dear Sir, This deposit was registered in the Government scheme and was adjudicated by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service(an Independent dispute regulator) which is there to protect tenants! We don't and didn't hold your deposit in order to not give it back! As per the dispute there were many things you were expected to pay for as per the independents clerk check out and for the record you were returned over Β£700 from an Β£1100 deposit so therefore we consider the case closed

GoogleI will recommend to everyone not to use outlook very poor services.
Adil, re your ongoing complaint - You left in breach earlier than your notice permits you to so your landlord is entitled to some further rent. The check out report has highlighted the property needs a clean as per your tenancy and some further works are due. As discussed you are welcome to make a claim via the TDS if you do not agree with the landlords proposed deductions but to give us a bad review for this isnt acceptable.

GoogleI was a tenant at a property managed by Outlook, and I was incredibly disappointed with the experience. I have been a tenant of multiple properties throughout the UK and Australia, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a managing agent.

GoogleAvoid at all costs, landlords claim rights over deposits and their chosen electric service provider have high rates of Β£100 per month, this is even for a two person residency, probabaly one of the worst agencyβ s in London

GoogleRubbish agency. They told us the house it's gonna be professional cleand and surprise...we moved in and the house looks like a barn. After we moved out they charged us for cleaning so yeah...They are rubbish.

GoogleSolid renting company. Had some issues with the flat and the landlady fixed them quickly and efficiently. They do what's required but don't go the extra mile for tenants.
