The service received from the team at the Northcote Road branch was exemplary from top to bottom. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike a lot of London agents who are only helpful until they get your money, Portico genuinely seem to care about your experience. Very much recommended.

GoogleVery easy agent to deal with and responses to emails and phone calls were prompt and helpful. The online letting process made it very easy to complete the paperwork and make payments remotely. GoogleDiabolical service for the tenants and the landlord, our landlord recently decided to leave as the amount of time it took to get anything fixed was ridiculous. We never did any paperwork without them getting numerous things wrong, really the most shambolic company I've dealt with of any type!

GoogleMy experience with 'Jack' from Portico has been an absolute pleasure. He actively sent me relevant properties within my budget and location. The follow through to complete the contract was excellent. He arranged everything and was always happy to answer queries. 5* service, would definitly recommend.

GoogleRecently rented a 1 bed freshly renovated flat from Portico. Excellent service from the Letting agent. When I moved in the flat I had an issue with the central heating and Portico had an engineer round to fix it in the same day. Excellent service. Would recommend.

GoogleWorst agency I have dealt with. They are incredibly expensive for a change of name on the lease and hide fees. They also are slack at replying to emails. Negotiation stage was horrible too and very unfriendly.
