GoogleExcellent service! Got help from their agent Ellie, who replied effectively.There was a miscommunication between us and the electrician who was supposed to come fix our lighting. Yet she managed to resolve it very well. Recommend their service to everyone!

GoogleVery bad agency. They lack professionality, and they are extremely dishonest. They first lied to us about the terms of our lease, to try to make us sign a different contract that would have benefitted them. While looking for a new tenant for the apartment we rented, they often showed up late or forget to say that meetings were cancelled, or set up viewings less than 24 hours (which was the minimum required by our contract) Overall very poor quality and poor professionalism. I had a particularly bad experience dealing with one employee called Zara, extremely rude on the phone, and ghosted me for weeks when i needed to have important information. (also, she was the one who lied to us about the details of our lease)NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSTAY AWAY Currently in beginning of starting legal proceeding with them/ following the normal complaint process which will eventually lead us to ADR/ court as they are withholding my deposit . Did not keep their word on delivery of flat and found my self without a house. They will try to spin it on you. 1-Said my house will be delivered on a certain date (15th june) 2- didn't deliver the flat on the promised date (told me the day before only) 3- they said they are not liable for my delay and caused me to be homeless with my pet for some time without compensation. after they have your holding deposit ( they withhold 700 of a deposit which initially should be legally only 350) they tried to spin it their way to they can keep it and are withholding it. STAY AWAY Everything in this review is factual and backed by emails. Happy to provide anyone with my complaints letter trail to prove they are correct.
Jad, Pomp Properties can confirm your accusations are completely false and unequivocally refute your claims. Pomp Properties are NOT in any court proceedings with you and if necessary will take this matter further.

I have followed up with a call and someone took my details down to pass on to the right contact for a call back, again no call back!
